How do I pay for my online advertising?


When using our software, nothing changes with respect to payments: all the Facebook and Instagram Ads advertising managed and created via Stiddle will still be billed by Facebook respectively with the billing options you set up on your advertising accounts. What you’ll be paying us is the subscription for the use of the platform. In order to use Stiddle, you would need to have a valid payment method set up on Facebook and Instagram.




What audiences can I target when creating my Facebook campaigns?


Stiddle's Artificial Intelligence audience selection algorithim helps you pick the perfect demographic to target. However, you can customize who you want your ad shown to as well. You are walked through the audience targeting process at sign-up and whenever you want to create a new audience in your dashboard.




Do I need a website in order to run Facebook ads?


Stiddle builds you a custom landing page at sign-up. However, you can connect your own website to the end of your Stiddle marketing funnel.




I’m just starting out with online advertising, is Stiddle the tool for me?


We’re proud to be the single easiest solution to social media advertising on the market. If you are just starting out with online advertising, you will be able to achieve great results using Stiddle easily and painlessly! Stiddle has a lot of features such as machine learning to help simplify your online advertising experience. Our support and Facebook community is always available to make sure you are creating successful and effective campaigns all year round.




How long can I use Stiddle for free?


We always offer a 7-day free trial to all our customers. During the trial period, you’ll be able to test all of Stiddle's features with an unlimited spend limit. However, keep in mind that while Stiddle is free during the trial period, you’ll still have to pay Facebook and Instagram for your advertising budget. At the end of your trial period, your subscription will start automatically and you’ll be billed for the first month unless you cancel during your trial period. What is the ad-spend limit?


Spend limit depends on which plan you choose, it is a monthly limit that resets each month on your billing day, and only refers to campaigns created via Stiddle. The limit refers to the amount you can manage via the platform for campaigns created in Stiddle, but you will still be billed by Facebook and Instagram for the advertising spend itself. What languages does Stiddle support?


The platform and the majority of Stiddle's resources are in English, but we offer support and documentation in Mandarin and English.




What happens to my Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns if I cancel my Stiddle subscription?


If you decide to cancel your Stiddle subscription, nothing will happen to your campaigns. They will continue to run on Facebook and Instagram until their end date. You’ll be able to manage and edit your campaigns anytime directly from their native platform.

After your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to Stiddle's analytics and ad creation tools until you renew your subscription.
